Barca Buzz: A Patchy Defense

That's exactly what we're going to have for the match in Rome. There has not been a match as important as this one all season, it's the friggin Champions League final here, and we must play it without both our fullbacks.
.
Why? Becuase the UEFA have again refused to admit the protests against the respective cards shown to Dani Alves and Abidal, saying that the protests were submitted not on time and with no real grounds for contesting the referee's decisions. Hello? If anyone can explain just how Abi 's red was deserved, we'd be very grateful.

It's inevitable then that we'll have to have Puyol playing on the right wing and the shaky Caceras in his place alongisde Pique, with Sylvinho manning the left wing. Why does hot Rafa have to be injured? We go into this oh so important final with a patchwork backline and possibly no left winger, what with Henry and Iniesta both doubtful, and yes, we're feeling very uneasy about this. But what can we do, except hope and pray for the best from our boys...
