Sporting Gijon had the honor of being the very first team to be thrashed by Barca this season. And now, as the second leg approaches, this time on our stadium, we can already feel them quaking in their boots at the thought of being ripped apart by our lads once again.
Our defense won't be as shaky as was expected, as Puyol has been cleared to play and Dani's fifth yellow card was appealed and successfully revoked. Marquez and Pique of course will miss out on this one due to their respective red cards against Racing, as will Keita who is still out with a knee injury. Which means we'll most probably be seeing some of the youngsters playing for this one, with cute-as-could-be Xavi Torres being a possibility! Ah yes, we're really looking forward to this.
