The freezing cold is what worries us most about this match, as Barca face Rubin Kazan in the snowy, below-zero temperatures that are the norm in Russia this time of year. Rubin are used to it, but some of our boys have never played in such extreme cold. And the opposition themselves are no piece of cake either, on top of that; they're the only team that has beaten us so far this season.
This match will hardly be an easy one, but we're in need of a win to favor a qualifying chance to the last sixteen. Hopefully the boys can overcome all the obstacles they're faced with and come out with three points - it's Barca's 200th Champions League match, let's make it memorable!
Henry has been cleared to play for a few days now while Dani made a surprisingly fast recovery from his own injury, so Pep has his choice of players from the nineteen man squad: Valdes, Pinto, Alves, Pique, Marquez, Puyol, Xavi, Jeffren, Iniesta, Ibrahimovic, Abidal, Toure, Maxwell, Bojan, Keita, Messi, Henry, Busquets, Pedro.
