Random: Chygy Bounces Back, Fines Pay Off & La Masia Turns 30

- Chygrynskiy is back from his injury, more cause to rejoice! He's greenlighted for this Sunday's Liga meet with Zaragoza, wonderful news especially now that Dani's out. Medics are saying that Titi could be returning as well, things really seem to be picking up now don't they?

- People call Pep harsh for fining the players when they're naughty, but who would have guessed that the club's donating the money for great causes? They've presented it on Thursday to the Fundación Sant Joan de Déu who are researching the RETT syndrome, too awesome of them... read more about it here.

- Barca players are featured in a hot new ad, video here and pictures below - however did they manage to find room for another tattoo on Zlatan?

- A few days ago - October 20th 2009 to be exact - Barca's youth academy, La Masia, celebrated it's 30th birthday, congratulations! And it's not just thirty years of existence, it's thirty years of success. Our club has got one of the most fruitful youth systems around and possibly even tops the list, with all the incredible players that have emerged from La Masia over the years. Heck, Barca's current treble winning squad is chalk-full of Masia boys turned stars: Messi, Puyol, Xavi, Iniesta, just to name a few - and we're certain that the academy will continue to yeild more and more great players in the years to come.
