We were wondering why Maxwell and Henry trained apart from the group yesterday; as it turns out, Maxwell's under a special plan to balance out the muscle mass in his thigh (we don't get it either) while Henry is still nursing a lesion picked up at the end of last season. We've also been wondering about Rafael Marquez, since there haven't been any updates on his recovery in a while (last we heard was this), and he wasn't at training at all yesterday. He did participate today though, working seperately with a trainer - physicians have advised that he should train lightly at first, and gradually return to normal activity. He's headed out to London with the rest of the team, though we doubt he'll be playing in the opening friendly against Tottenham.
